Guidelines for publication in  Al-Noor Journal for Digital Media Studies

Researchers must adhere to the established rules of publication in the journal, including research methodology, originality, proper citation and accuracy of references. Unnecessary repetitions, generalizations, and biases that are not supported by a solid knowledge base or previous research should be avoided in the study. It must meet strict research standards with clear goals, accurate results, and objective methodologies. The study should be supported by the latest scientific references and should not include the results of other studies, as this is considered unacceptable behavior.

When submitting a manuscript to the Al-Noor Journal for Digital Media, please follow these guidelines:

General rules for submitting an article:

• The research should not be presented or published anywhere else.
• Any work or text by other authors, co-authors of materials or sources (including websites) must be appropriately cited.
• Before sending, make sure that the manuscript is designed linguistically correctly.
• The submitted work should be the authors' own research and should not be copied or plagiarized from other sources without clear confirmation.
• If any errors or inaccuracies are found in the submitted research, the researcher must immediately notify the editor-in-chief so that he can help to withdraw or correct the manuscript.
• Submit your research online.
• Simultaneous submission of several articles is considered a violation of publishing ethics.
• Specify the name of the study in English.
• Indicate the author's name in English, his academic qualifications, specialization and place of work.
• Specify the official email address and phone number of each author.
• Include an abstract in English using the font size of Times New Roman 12. The abstract should be scientifically and methodologically accurate, 200 to 500 words long, and contain a summary of the entire study. It should not contain links, figures, or tables.
• Specify keywords in English, no more than 10, Times New Roman 12.
• Include an introduction at the beginning of the article after the abstract.
• Include conclusions, recommendations, and a section with a conclusion on the study, summarized in the abstract to the article.
• Provide sources and references in the text in accordance with the APA style: author's last name, year of publication, and page number.
• The volume of the manuscript should be from 10 to 25 pages, excluding references to literature.
• Use Microsoft Office Word for formatting and arrange all drawings or diagrams accordingly. Make sure they are ready to print, and avoid using characters in the text.
• Adhere to the following font types and sizes: English Times New Roman, size 14 for the main text, 12 Times New Roman for annotation and references. The size of 14 should be used on all other pages. Article title: 16 Times New Roman, сenter alignment.
• Use the Microsoft Office Word word processor.
• The text should not exceed 30 lines per page with a line spacing of 1 cm. Document margins on all sides: 3 cm.  
• The retreat of the first formation: 1 cm.
• The authors will be notified of the decision to publish within two months of submitting the application.
• The authors must make the changes proposed by the reviewers based on the reports received within 15 days.

Citation style:

• Books: Last name, first name, patronymic of the author (year of publication). Book title, publisher, city of publication.
• Journals: Surname, first name, patronymic of the author (year of publication). Article title, issue number, publication date, page numbers.
• Abstracts: Last name, first name, patronymic of the author (year of publication). The title of the dissertation, master's or doctoral thesis, the name of the university, date, page numbers.
• Articles on the Internet: Last name, first name, patronymic of the author (year of publication). The title of the article, the URL (link) with the date of access.

List of references should be organized according to the following rules:

References should be numbered in the alphabetical order at the end of the article. Only sources used in the text of the article should be listed.

Within the body of the text references should be provided in parentheses. For example: (Smith, 1969, p. 15).

A complete list of all authors should be presented in every bibliographical entry. Please do not put an “et al.” notation if cited paper has more than 4 authors. Do not shorten titles of your citations.
